One performer, two characters
Rebecca Goodwin’s The Lost Key is a playful choice for a fictional conversation performed by one woman in two roles. Kenzie Reeves offers a different two-voice comedy, while Pulenaz’s Rainy Post carries its wordplay through captions and photographs.
Rebecca Goodwin: a lost key and an invitation
In The Lost Key, Rebecca plays two adult characters, changing hats to make each part easy to follow. One searches for the missing key while the other offers clues and teasingly suggests that finding it might earn an invitation to dinner. Their exchange turns a small mystery into a flirtatious conversation, with Rebecca recording both sides.
The 15-minute captioned video and six captioned portraits are included in her $10 per month Comedy Cut membership. One combined installment appears on the first Wednesday of each month. A separate $11 downloadable collection contains both completed launch episodes and their captions.
Kenzie Reeves: two voices
Kenzie Reeves’s Character Switch is a 17-minute comedy in which she voices two distinct fictional adult characters in a playful conversation. Her $8 per month membership includes two complete character comedies a month, character notes and an ordered index. The $11 Dialogue collection separately offers downloadable audio and transcripts of four fictional conversations.
Choose Kenzie for a voice-led comparison and a transcript to revisit; Rebecca’s changing hats make the two roles particularly easy to follow on video.
Pulenaz: a letter in pictures
Pulenaz’s Rainy Post is a 12-image fictional story about an adult character composing a letter. The captions give the letter and a playful reply from a second adult fictional character: the first teases an invitation to meet, and the reply answers with an amused challenge to choose the place. A 600-word journal explains the scene. The written exchange is included in her $9 per month Slow Days membership, offering two voices on the page rather than a recorded two-role performance.
